FOR THE PITCHES

How many nights can I book?

  • During the months of July and August bookings are accepted for a minimum period of 7 nights.
  • During the other months bookings are accepted for a minimum of 4 nights.

In July and August can I arrive and leave whenever I want?

No, In the months of July and August we do not accept reservation with arrivals or departures on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Is a deposit required?

In order to confirm the booking a deposit is required:

  • € 120 when the total amount of your staying is above € 340;
  • € 80 when the total amount of your staying is between € 340 and € 200;
  • € 60 when the total amount of your staying is between € 200 and € 140;
  • € 40 when the total amount of your staying is under € 140;

FOR THE APARTMENTS AND MOBILE HOMES

How many nights can I book?

  • During the months of July and August bookings are accepted for a minimum period of 7 nights with arrival and deparutre only on Saturday.
  • During the other holiday periods for a minimum of 5 nights.
  • During the other months bookings are accepted for a minimum of 3 nights.

Is a deposit required?

In order to confirm the booking a deposit is required:

  • € 300 when the total amount of your staying is above € 900;
  • € 200 when the total amount of your staying is between € 900 and € 450;
  • € 120 when the total amount of your staying is between € 450 and € 300;
  • € 80 when the total amount of your staying is under € 300;

If I do not send the deposit?

Bookings are automatically cancelled after 10 days if no deposit is paid.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us 21 days before the date of arrival.
In this case the deposit will be refunded withholding € 20 to cover administration and booking charges.

When sufficient notice is not given, or if one fails to arrive the entire deposit will be retained.

Payment

In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. Please pay on the day of arrival.

Can I book a specific pitch?

The space will be allocated by the management. Everything possible will be done to allocate the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will ignore requests of cancellation or reimbursement.

If I arrive a day later?

Campsite management will keep the place until 12 o'clock of the next day.

Check in and check out?

On departure day, the place must be freed by 12 o'clock, except when otherwise agreed with the management. The arrival day is better to arrive after 12:00 a.m.
